Our shipping method utilizes Registered Mail, which provides customers a unique tracking code for each order (starting with RS). Once a parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can locate its tracking code by logging into your Desio account. From the Dashboard click on 'View Order' to see the details of your recent order and click on the link ‘Track Your Order’.

From October 20th 2015 Desio started to send parcels via the Dutch Post (NL Post). Parcels sent via the Dutch Post must initially be tracked on the Dutch Post website (NL Post). Please note that after dispatch you must allow a couple of days for the postal service to upload the tracking code into their system.

Express Shipping via UPS is also currently available for European Community countries and Australia at an additional fee (this will be extended to other countries sometime in 2016). These parcels can only be tracked on the UPS website.

Once parcel dispatched via Registered Mail has been sent abroad and cleared customs in the country of destination, it must continue to be tracked via the customer’s local postal service (see links below). The tracking code remains the same throughout the entire journey.

Purchasers agree to track their own orders. Kindly follow your shipment and be ready to sign for delivery. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made, the postal service will leave you a notice and you must then go and collect the parcel from their local post office. Parcels are held at the local post office for between 7-15 days (depending on your country) and after this time are automatically returned to the sender. In the event that a parcel is returned to our headquarters in Italy, we will notify the customer straightaway and offer reshipping options.

Important note to Australian customers:
Unfortunately Australia Post does not provide online tracking for registered international mail and therefore your parcel can only be tracked while in Europe.

Important note to customers from the United Kingdom:
Due to problems with the quality of the Royal Mail Service, we do not always receive tracking information or updates about shipments. For this reason, your shipment may be held at Heathrow Worldwide DC Centre for several weeks. If this is not acceptable to you, we recommend you place an order via Express Shipping with UPS instead. If you still wish to place an order via Registered Mail, please acknowledge and accept it will be your decision.
