No PO Box - APO ADDRESS deliveries possible:
We are sorry but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and APO ADDRESSES as our logistical partners require a signature from you when they deliver your lenses.

Dispatch time

All available lenses from our online store are dispatched within five business days excluding toric.
The dispatch time for Toric lenses (lenses for myopic astigmatism) is up to 8 weeks as these lenses must be custom-made after the order is placed.

We cannot offer any guarantee and the time indicated is approximate.
Currently, all orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, or DHL. We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier. Please note, during high-volume sales, collection launches, discounts, and promotions, orders may take a few extra days to process.

Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and Italian public holidays.
If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will ship on Monday unless it falls on a holiday then it will ship out the next day.

Your Desio lenses are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number as proof the consignment was sent.
You can locate your tracking code by logging into your Desio account (Dashboard > View Order > Shipments: scroll down the page to view your tracking code).

Please be aware that is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.

Delivery times are approximate and not exact. Any delay does not constitute a rescission of the contract between and the Purchaser. If insufficient data is given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery. In case of delays on our part beyond the reasonable time, we will issue a refund to the Purchaser.


Purchasers agree to track their own orders. Kindly follow your shipment and be ready to sign for the delivery. The tracking code remains the same throughout the entire journey. Parcel tracking varies depending on the shipping method selected at the time of ordering. Almost all our orders are dispatched with Express Shipping. Special notes for tracking with Registered Mail (Mexico): Registered Mail provides a unique code enabling customers to track the whereabouts of their parcel and requires a signature upon delivery. Although delivery through Packet Tracked is often quicker, a signature is not required. Once the parcel arrives in the country of destination and clears customs, it must be tracked via your local postal service using the same tracking code (USA: USPS, UK: Royal Mail, France: La Poste, etc.).

Important notes

  • If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made: The courier service will leave you a notice, and you must go and collect the parcel from your local courier office. Parcels are held at the local courier office for between 3-7 days (depending on your country) and after this time are automatically returned to the sender. In the event that a parcel is returned to our headquarters in Italy, we will notify the customer straightaway and offer reshipping options.
  • Returning parcels: If a Purchaser submits a wrong or insufficient delivery address which causes the return of a product to us, or if the item is unclaimed, the Purchaser agrees to pay for reshipping and repacking (reimbursement is not permitted).
    If a parcel is returned to our headquarters and the customer requests a refund, the customer is responsible for the initial shipping and handling fees.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry with the respective courier, will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
