Other Countries 2-7 working days offers its customers a unique free of charge registered mail shipping service on orders placed over 60€. You can therefore receive Desio™ color contact lenses at the same price, no matter your country of residence.Packet Tracked and Express shipping is also available for the European Community, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates and the United States for an additional fee, (this service will eventually be extended to other countries).

Dispatch Time
All available lenses from our online store are dispatched within five business days excluding toric. The dispatch time for Toric lenses (lenses for myopic astigmatism) is up to 5 weeks as these lenses must be custom made after the order is placed. We cannot offer any guarantee and the time indicated is approximate.
If you need your order sooner, please pick an expedited shipping option at checkout. Most orders ship next business day.
Currently all orders are shipped through one of the following, PostNL Registered Mail, PostNL Packet Tracked, FedEx or DHL. We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited. Please note, during high volume sales, collection launches, discounts and promotions, orders may take a few extra days to process.
Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and Italian public holidays. Your Desio lenses are shipped from our warehouse in Italy.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a unique tracking number as proof the consignment was sent. You can locate your tracking code by logging into your Desio account (Dashboard > View Order > Shipments: scroll down the page to view your tracking code).
Express Shipping:
Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. CET with paid express shipping, will ship via FedEx or DHL the exact same day.  You must choose express shipping at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order. Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will ship on Monday unless it falls on a holiday then it will ship out the next day.

Please be aware that is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.

Delivery times are approximate and not exact. Any delay does not constitute a rescission of the contract between and the Purchaser. If insufficient data is given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery. In case of delays on our part beyond the reasonable time, we will issue a refund to the Purchaser.

Purchasers agree to track their own orders. Parcel tracking varies depending on the shipping method selected at the time of ordering:

  • Tracking Express shipping - DHL: These parcels can only be tracked on the DHL website.
  • Tracking Express shipping - FedEx: These parcels can only be tracked on the FedEx website.
  • Tracking Registered Mail: Desio’s regular shipping method utilises Registered Mail, which provides a unique code enabling customers to track the whereabouts of their parcel and requires a signature upon delivery. Although delivery through Packet Tracked is often quicker, a signature is not required. Purchasers agree to track their own orders. Kindly follow your shipment and be ready to sign for the delivery. The tracking code remains the same throughout the entire journey.
How do I track my order via Registered Mail/Packet tracked
    1. All Parcels can initially be tracked on Dutch Post website (Post NL)
    2. Once the parcel arrives in the country of destination and clears customs, it must be tracked via your local postal service using the same tracking code (USA: USPS, UK: Royal Mail, France: La Poste, etc.).

Please note: after dispatch, you must allow a couple of days for the postal service to upload the tracking code into their system between each update.
Important Notes
  • If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made: The postal service will leave you a notice, and you must go and collect the parcel from your local post office.
    Parcels are held at the local post office for between 7-15 days (depending on your country) and after this time are automatically returned to the sender.
    In the event that a parcel is returned to our headquarters in Italy, we will notify the customer straightaway and offer reshipping options.
  • Returning parcels: If a Purchaser submits a wrong or insufficient delivery address which causes the return of a product to us, or if the item is unclaimed, the Purchaser agrees to pay 12€ to 20€ (depending on chosen shipping method) to for reshipping and repacking (reimbursement is not permitted).
    If a parcel is returned to our headquarters and the customer requests a refund, the customer is responsible for the initial shipping and handling fees.
  • Important note to Australian customers: Unfortunately Australia Post does not provide online tracking for registered international mail, and therefore your parcel can only be tracked while in Europe.
    If this is not acceptable to you, we recommend you place an order via Express Shipping. If you still wish to place an order utilizing Registered Mail, please acknowledge and accept this as your decision.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry with the respective courier, will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
