How to order
1. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCTS
- Select your shade from Collections, Colors, Lens Type, lens Design or our Before and After sections
- Please select depending on your needs, the required radio buttons: No Power, Power or Toric lenses for astigmatism
- If you do not require correction, please select no power (Plano lenses)
- If you require a different correction for each eye, you will need to orders two boxes: one with your left eye correction and the second with your right eye correction. Please select the box "I need 2 different powers” to be able to select both corrections. If you require the same correction for both eyes, please leave the checkbox unselected.
- Select your correct power in the drop-down list. Customers with 20/20 acuity vision need to select no power.
- Choose the desired quantity of boxes. The content of the box will be specified above the quantity pull-down menu. Each box of Desio lenses contains 2 lenses of the same power and color, stored in separate blisters with sterile saline solution.
- Once completed, add to cart and proceed to checkout
After you click “Add to cart” you will begin the checkout process.
2. REVIEW CART
The first stage of the shopping cart process is to review your cart. Use the "Quantity" column to remove or change the quantity of a product. Click “Return to Shopping” to continue shopping or click "Continue to Shipping Information" to proceed to the next stage in the checkout process.
3. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Fill in your shipping information for the delivery of your order. You can create an account after checkout or if already registered put in your account information. By creating an account with Desiolens.com, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, view and track your orders in your account and more. Next click "Continue to Shipping Method".
4. SHIPPING METHOD
Select the shipping method you would like. Then click "Continue to Billing Information".
5. BILLING INFORMATION
Please note that the information you enter here must be the same as that associated with your credit card. For example you must use the correct billing address.
To ensure that your order is properly processed, please enter a valid email address and phone number.
- If your billing information is the same as your shipping information then leave the box checked and click "Continue to Payment Method".
- If your billing information is different from your shipping information then uncheck the box and fill in the billing information. Then click "Continue to Payment Method".
6. PAYMENT METHODS
- If using a credit/debit card for payment then enter your credit card number, Expiration Date and CVV Code. Next click "Submit Payment".
- If using PayPal for payment then click on the PayPal tab and then click "Continue to PayPal".
